Synopsis
When he departed his Cold War era-repressed Soviet Union for the U.S., brilliant astrophysicist Sasha Greenberg was disgraced and rejected by his friends and peers in the scientific community, led by the esteemed Professor Gross.
Greenberg reluctantly experiences a hero’s welcome when he returns to now capitalist Russia, discovering that his life, his reputation and his belief in science have all been unexpectedly transformed – but his home country has not.
