Synopsis
In a dangerous, frozen post-apocalyptic world, a remote oil rig serves to power a city representing the last remnants of civilization. Joshua, a charismatic loner at the outpost, stumbles upon a conspiracy that jeopardizes the lives of everyone in this struggling community, including Nina, the mystical woman that is in love with him.
Now a threat to the corrupt leadership of the outpost, Joshua is falsely accused and convicted of murder, triggering a revolt against the refinery. A frantic escape from the violent mutineers allows a disparate group, reluctantly led by survivalist Joshua, to face the dangers of an icy wasteland inhabited by roving cannibals and their flesh-eating wolf-dogs, as they attempt to reach the fabled city that only few claim to have seen and some doubt even exists.
